Hello-Hello!!! My name is Ms. Dana :) and I am happy to help you with any school work you need help with! I am most passionate about helping students who are learning about Social Studies & History, but I am also happy to work with students on any subject ya need help with! Are you writing a paper, or book report, or wanting to discuss some questions about your topic? Just let me know and I am happy to assist!
I am originally from Charleston, South Carolina, which has tons of history to learn about, and I love going to explore the museums there and see the real artifacts! This is how I got started loving learning all about History.
I decided to attend college at The College of Charleston to become a teacher, so I could help students! But as I got older, I wanted to learn more and more about history! So I decided to go back to school to get a Masters Degree in History from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. After I was finished there, I was still hungry to learn more about History, so I decided to keep going, and enrolled in the PhD program in History! I am one class away from graduating, but wanted to take some time to teach students all the fun things I have learned along the way! I look forward to working with you, I am here to help YOU! :)
