Since my bachelor's degree and during my work experience and postgraduate studies, I have been interested in the field of protection and migration studies. My work experience includes eligibility analysis and refugee protection with UNHCR and the Mexican Commission for Refugee Assistance (COMAR). Through this experience, I had direct contact with the asylum-seeking and refugee population in Mexico. One of the main aspects I consider is crucial for integration is learning the language of the country the person is residing in, therefore I have experience teaching spanish to people from different age groups and backgrounds
