I`m passionate about helping students discover their potential. I find immense joy in witnessing their growth and confidence. My experience includes working closely with students from diverse backgrounds and tailoring lessons to their individual needs to foster understanding and enthusiasm. I attained my education from the University of Northern Iowa, earning a degree in English Literature. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Education, my tutoring spans subjects like English, Science, Math, and Social Studies, with a particular affinity for English and Math. I enjoy tutoring Math, Science, and English because of their intricate connections to everyday life and their ability to ignite curiosity. My teaching philosophy emphasizes active engagement, critical thinking, and building a supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to explore and excel. Outside of academia, I am passionate about gardening, cooking as well as painting, finding inspiration in the garden, on walks, and cooking.
