I am a graduate of Mechanical Engineering. But I always found that I enjoyed sharing my knowledge, and experience with others which in turn has made me learn a lot throughout my life. Hence, facilitating the learning of students was the most natural choice for me. I have been a Maths teacher for more than 7 years now. And during this time, my passion for teaching and respect for the subject itself has increased manifolds. This is because Maths is so much more than numbers if taught and learned properly. It can help us develop character, willpower, and perseverance which are extremely important qualities to have in our lives. My pedagogy is based on gaining knowledge and skills in addition to marks. It includes the development of the 4 Cs (Collaboration, Communication, Creativity, Critical Thinking) of 21st-century skills which are essential cogs to holistic education.
