Hello, I'm Aileen, and I'm from San Antonio, Texas. I have my bachelor's degree in biology from Saint Mary's University. I tutored math and science courses all throughout my undergraduate years both in-person and online. I also enjoyed lending a hand to my fellow classmates from my elementary to high school years. Tutoring others is something I absolutely love to do. I enjoy using visuals and several colors in the virtual tutoring experience. I will always tailor my tutoring style for every student as we all obtain knowledge differently. In addition, I build relationships to allow my students to feel comfortable in establishing their strengths and weaknesses with me. I promise to make the learning experience an enjoyable one!

I absolutely love math! I know, I know, I’ve been called crazy! However, when I am not tutoring on Varsity Tutors, I will spend hours in the kitchen cooking and baking. I love plant-based recipes, baking fresh bread, and juicing a variety of fruits and vegetables. In addition, I love exploring my creative side by crocheting amigurumi, sewing my own clothes, and coloring bold and easy coloring pages. Lastly, I love watching Netflix, Peacock, Disney+, etc. My favorite shows include: Supernatural, Mako Mermaids, H2O: Just Add Water, and The Middle.
