I possess a Master's degree in Kinesiology from Concordia University-St. Paul, and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from Georgia Southern University. I have been working in the fields of movement/health sciences and manual therapy for 12 years. Throughout my educational career, I tutored student-athletes and taught countless educational seminars and courses. Additionally, I am in the process of constructing a Udemy course.
