For the past 14 years, I have been teaching general science, NYS Living Environment and biology at the middle and high school levels. I was also an adjunct biology professor for 10 years teaching freshman and sophomore level biology labs. I love bringing the content to "life" for my students so that they not only understand what they're learning, but begin to really enjoy it and want to know more. Working with students and having that "light bulb" moment happen for them is everything to me! I also have over 7 years of 1:1 tutoring experience helping students pass their state exams or prepare for college tests. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Science and a Masters of Education degree in Adolescence Education, both from Canisius College.
