Hola!

I really like teaching because this has made my life purpose meaningful and if you ask why is your life purpose Nancy? Well my life purpose is to help people.

My beginnings in the teaching come from my first job where I entered the training area and right there I began to train as a trainer and began to acquire skills to be able to teach knowledge and skills to people who were from 5 years old to 60 years old.

The techniques that I learned and which I continue to use in addition to updating myself on them are: andragogy, different types of thoughts, different forms of communication and different types of learning, in addition, I always make my sessions very practical and playful since the more you practice and play at the same time, your learning will be faster, kind fo the method 70,20 and 10.

The reality is that the experience I have had with my students has been very rewarding and with a lot of happiness in seeing that they have obtained the knowledge or skill that I transmit to them and that because of that they feel happy!!

I studied at one of the most recognized universities in Mexico called UNITEC and later decided to pursue a master's degree in Organizational Development which has helped me in the business part of Human Resources and overall help the development of the personnel in my charge and those who are not in my charge.

The subjects I teach are related to all areas of Human Resources, such as: payroll, recruitment, training, organizational development and employee service; taking into account that all this has at the same time a human and strategic approach focused on the profitable part of an organization since my master's degree gave me the background for this and as an integral point I also teach it focused on Latin American countries such as: Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Panama, Venezuela and Brazil; and to countries like the United States and Italy since in all of those mentioned above I have had the opportunity to work with them.

Also another topic that I teach is Spanish and topics related to Mexican culture since I am Mexican but also from Latin American countries that I mentioned in the previous point. All these are my favorite subjects.

Outside of the academic world, what I like to do is work for international companies like HRBP and take advantage of my free time on my hobbies in addition to continuing to prepare myself to be the best professional that exists in the labor market =)
