I graduated from Tennessee State university in Nashville Tennessee in May 2020. While I was in school, I worked at summer schools and camps teaching. Once I graduated from college, I started teaching full time as a permanent substitute. Since I am a permanent substitute, I have been able to work with many different grades for long periods of time. I also have experience with working with kids with various learning differences, while I worked at Lindamood Bell. As a teacher and tutor, it is important for me to meet my students where they are academically and help them to gain confidence and independence as learners.

I am a multimedia artist, that loves to draw, paint, use oil pastels and do photography. I also love to shop, cook for my family, read and watch my favorite tv shows and movies. My current favorite movie is Harry Potter.
