Certified Tutor

I am a recent graduate of Vanderbilt University with over 5 years of professional tutoring experience. In college, I majored in Chemistry and History, and I also hold and Associate's degree in Mathematics. After graduating, I worked full time as a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Center for Asthma Research, and I will be starting my PhD in analytical chemistry later this summer. While I love tutoring science, math, and history, I am also passionate about tutoring for the General Educational Development exam, also known as the GED or high school equivalency exam. As somebody who holds a GED but no high school diploma myself, I recognize that everyone's educational journey looks different, and I hope to help students meet their career and academic goals by helping them to pass the GED. I love working with students, and I have worked as a tutor in my free time since middle school. My main goal is to make learning fun and accessible to everyone - with the right teacher and study plan, anything is possible!
