I am a recent graduate of Oxford University, where I received a degree in Experimental Psychology. My other academic interests include History, Linguistics, Biology and Statistics. I believe in learning beyond defined subjects; robust learning has to link new information to your existing knowledge so what matters is what is relevant to you, not what is used as an example in a textbook. As a state school student who went to an elite university, I have seen first-hand how much academic success is reliant on confidence and I know that being proud of your work and creating manageable goals is the way to achieving this.
