I am currently a Sophomore on the premed track at Rice University majoring in Sociology with minors in Medical Humanities and Biochemistry. I come from a diverse cultural background and have lived in Thailand my whole life until recently. I have loved having the opportunity to interact with people from various backgrounds and cultures throughout my life, and have a passion for tutoring as it allows me to connect with students and learning from their unique life perspectives. I realize that everyone has a different learning style, and through our interactions I hope to build a genuine relationship and adapt my teaching to suit my student's needs. I tutor many different subjects, but am most passionate about SAT, science, and ESL. When helping students prepare for standardized tests, I try to pass on the tips and tricks I developed during my own preparation, while having fun investigating the quirks of each exam with my student and preparing them to tackle its challenges. Learning is one of the greatest privileges life has to offer, and I always try to share my passion during my sessions so that every lesson is fun and helps my student make significant steps towards achieving their goals.
