Certified Tutor

I am a creative, patient, and passionate Spanish teacher who loves to help people not only learn the language but also gain a greater perspective of the World around them.

I spent 31 years teaching in public schools. During this time, I taught Middle Scool Spanish 1 in grades 7-8, High School Spanish 1-4, and AP Spanish Language. I've had the privilege to travel abroad during my career. I've been to Spain, France, northern Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, Monaco and the island of Mallorca. Those trips were so much fun!

As a teacher, I'm willing to explain concepts in every way I can to help my students learn. I will offer extra study resources that will allow my students to continue beyond our scheduled sessions. I am also flexible. If my student finds that they need to focus on a topic in our upcoming session, they are welcome to message/email/text me so that I can plan our next lesson to best fit their needs.
