Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of The University of Nottingham, with a Masters in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Since graduation, I have been working as a Project Engineer for the London Underground and have a professional membership to the Institution of Engineering and Technology.

Tutoring and mentoring others has been something that I've been doing throughout my college and university years, as well as my profession. This has mainly been in maths and physics subjects in preparation for standardised examinations (SAT's, GCSE's, A-levels, or beyond), but I also have recent experience with interview preparation and improving CV's or personal statements. I've gone through the anxieties associated with these tests and major milestones first-hand, and learned to portray typically difficult concepts in a more fun and "real-world" relatable manner to my students.
Tutoring has now become something that I'm very passionate about, and I welcome the opportunity to share my experience, knowledge and problem solving skills to help you achieve your future goals.

On a personal note, I am a HUGE tennis fan and enjoy video games to the point that I'm known for incorporating well-known characters into some lessons. For example, my students have really enjoyed solving a swinging pendulum maths problem when the pendulum is Spider-Man - trigonometry can be fun like that sometimes!
