For the past 15 years I have worked students of various backgrounds and academic goals. My educational journey began as a Tutor and currently I am an Elementary School Assistant Principal. I have been a classroom teacher supporting students in grades Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, and 5th. After my time in the classroom, I became an Instructional Literacy Coach were my primary focus was modeling and coaching classroom teachers into best practices for literacy and instruction. Currently I am in my second year as an Assistant Principal, and I miss the daily interactions with students that solely focus on learning, growing, and meeting academic goals.
