Hi I am a biologist by training and I have been pursuing academic research the last 7 years. I obtained my BSc degree on applied biology in Greece and then my journey to the Uk started. I hold an MSc in Genetics of human diseases and a PhD in molecular and cellular biology with focus on cardiovascular biology. I have conducted post doctoral work at the University of Cambridge and currently at the University of Oxford. I am passionate about delivering biological knowledge to students and help them think through science questions. I believe the teaching style should suit each individual student. But work is always needed from all students. I have helped graduate students and junior research members during my postdoctoral roles. Outside academia I like to travel meet my friends and go to the theatre
