Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and my teaching certification from William Paterson University. I have been teaching for 26 years, and tutoring children in English and Math for 20 years. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about English and Math and helping children learn to read. In my experience helping struggling students read gives them the confidence and power of knowledge in books. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, spending time with my children and traveling.
