I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and previous school teacher. I have taught both general and special education students grades K-8 in the classroom and remotely. I have worked with individuals ages 18 months-23 years old in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies with a focus on elementary and special education from Western Governors University. After attending WGU, I went to Saint Joseph's University where I obtained my Master of Art in Special Education with an autism emphasis. Upon graduation, I decided to fulfill my dream of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and received a Post Graduate Certificate in Psychology in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have 8 years' experience as a classroom teacher and 9 years' experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have remotely taught students in other countries English as a second language. I am passionate about helping others learn. I enjoy seeing "lightbulb moments" with my students when concepts click. In my experience, I have seen students grow exponentially as we close the achievement gap with specialized instruction.
