Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of the University of Memphis. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, concentrating on grades 1-8. I taught 2nd, 4th, and 5th at the same school for 10 years. During that time, I taught Reading, Writing, English, Social Studies, and Science. I spent most of my years teaching 4th and 5th graders. I was also a test preparer and tutor for Sylvan Learning Center. Additionally, I have taken some ESL classes and taught a couple of ESL Summer School Classes. Teaching has always been important to me. I taught Sunday School with my mother at a young age. As an Educator. I have the communication skills and teaching abilities to provide students a safe environment to explore and discover, while reinforcing the learning objectives and curriculum in the classroom.
