As a musician, educating the next generation of performers has always been important to me. Receiving my undergraduate degree in Music Education from the Crane School of Music, I have been around music education for about a decade now. The success of my students is most important to me, as I always want to help them achieve their goals.

I have taught not only school children but also collegiate students as well as adult learners. I received my graduate degrees from Bowling Green State University (M.M.) and The Ohio State University (D.M.A.). At both of these institutions, I was a graduate teaching assistant where I taught trumpet (jazz and classical) as well as music appreciation. During my final year at Ohio State, I began adjusting at Bowling Green State University, a position I still hold to this day.
