I am a graduate of Columbia Southern University . I received my Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medical Services Administration. I have been involved with EMS for 30 years in different capacities. I have been a paramedic for 18 years and have worked for Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service for that time. I have taught EMS courses for three colleges/universities. Most recently I was the Program Director for the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences Emergency Medicine Paramedic Program and Community Paramedic Program. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about EMR, Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic, Community Paramedic, and Cardiac Cardiac Rhythm Identification. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for the Emergency Medical Services profession to advance and become recognized and appreciated as a healthcare profession.
