Over the past 4 years, I have had the privilege of working with students from diverse backgrounds, guiding them to overcome their challenges and achieve their academic goals in math.
My academic journey began with a degree in Mathematics, followed by a B.Ed., both of which have provided me with a strong foundation to teach and connect with students effectively. I specialize in tutoring SAT Math, ACT Math, GMAT Quantitative, and all math subjects across various grade levels. Among these, SAT Math is my favorite to tutor because it not only tests mathematical knowledge but also challenges students to think critically under time constraints. Seeing my students improve, on average, by 100 points and reach new heightslike scoring 780 pointsmotivates me to continually refine my teaching methods.
My teaching philosophy is rooted in making math accessible and engaging. I focus on understanding each student's unique learning style and adapting my approach to suit their needs. I emphasize clarity in explanations, step-by-step problem-solving techniques, and building a strong conceptual foundation. My tutoring style is patient, encouraging, and tailored to empower students to reach their full potential.
