I am a life science teacher at Prairie High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I have been teaching for 25 years (2 in the Chicagoland area and 23 in my native state) and have enjoyed it immensely. I enjoy fitness activities, DIY projects and spending time with my family and our three dogs. I am a mother of three college aged children and have found myself with some available time on my hands and am looking for a rewarding challenge.

I am very comfortable working remotely and I would like to reach out and assist other students by supporting their science education. Because of my comfort level with general education as well as special education high school students, I feel that I would be an asset to your tutoring team!
