I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and attained my Masters of Teaching with a focus on Special Education. I have achieved my endorsement in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), Autism, and Reading. In the last 10+ years of teaching in the high school setting, my primary level of education has been teaching individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and Other Health Impaired, aged 14-22. Three years ago, I branched out to tutor online students in China aged 6-14 with a focus on learning to read in English. Teaching gives me a worthwhile experience because I am part of making a difference in the students' lives. I look forward to sharing a life-long experience of learning with all my students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, exercising, and spending time with my family.
