High energy and enthusiasm for work well done will be seen as frequently as corrections for areas that require assistance when your child is in my classroom. A wide variety of props and materials to help keep him or her engaged throughout the lesson will be used often. And because it is so very important that we work together as a team to help your child grow, frequent feedback and communication with you, the parent, is something I can ensure that you will always receive. I am a graduate of Bowling Green State University where I received a Bachelor's degree in Business but have spent the last ten years continuing my education and teaching children in various capacities. While I can tutor most elementary-level subjects, I am most passionate about ESL, Reading, English, and Math. Parents have blessed me with kind words in relation to the teaching of their children. The most common ones are: strong in scaffolding and student encouragement; strengths in phonics, pronunciation, and reading; energetic personality.
