Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Bowling Green State University. I received my Master of International Law and Comparative Studies from the University of Georgia, School of Law and my Doctor of Education from Bowling Green State University. Since graduation, I have tutored students extensively in academic and professional writing and coached and assisted students to complete their masters and dissertation writing. Additionally, I have tutored students in individualized college courses such as Education Leadership, Leadership Theories, Small Group Leadership, Ethics, Educational administration, Law, Administration of Higher Education, Policy Analysis, Education Law, the Adult, education law and school law.

While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about academic and professional writing and coaching students in research /term papers. I have extensive experiences supervising and successfully chairing Masters and Doctoral students' thesis and dissertations and have served as a member of several doctoral and master thesis committees. I also tutor and conduct professional editing for research and term paper. I have also worked with ESL students and have a range of experiences tutoring ESL and study skills. I am open., flexible , yet goal oriented. I am a lifelong tutor and coach with a passion to impact students with the right skills, knowledgebase and practical understanding of Educational Leaderships and Policy Analysis subject areas.
I am a result-driven tutor and practitioner of professional and academic writing coaching, mentoring and tutoring for students completing their Masters Thesis and Doctoral Dissertations. I have successfully tutored and chaired over 38 plus doctoral dissertation committees and served as a committee member in over 60 plus dissertation committee . I am an Associate Editor of the Journal for the Journal of Human Capital Development in Social Sciences, Department of Education and served as an Editorial Board Member for the Tennessee Board of Regents Critical Conversations Journal.
Throughout my 18 years of teaching, I have also engaged in one-on-one (individual) and group tutoring services to students in the subject areas mentioned above. I have successfully provided this service to students who need a little more coaching, mentoring and assistance with various subject areas and with professional and academic writing for thesis, dissertations and research projects/term papers. I have developed meaningful collegial relationships with students who are satisfied with my tutoring services and have excelled in their given areas of subject matter. I am a committed lifelong tutoring with excellence and have a great passion to see students, excel, succeed and gain valuable knowledge and skills required in their vocation.
I am familiar and have used several (LMS) leaning management systems to conduct tutoring lessons and classes for students online, including Canvas, Blackboard, WebCT and moodle. . I have utilized creative and cooperative learning methods with a pragmatic approach in my online tutoring that has produced results. I am the author of several books and children's novels have been translated into six different languages namely, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili, and Arabic I am also the author of a textbook on social media and the law for educators .
