I have a degree in Administration, I am a specialist in Human Resources with 23 years of experience in the area. During those years I worked in various areas of Human Resources, one of them being the Evaluation and Performance Department, where workers were evaluated, to detect development needs and plan career development and professional growth; in addition I help with the training of internal facilitators taking advantage of the workers years of experience and skills in each of their areas, this is where my passion for Education was born. In the last 4 years I have worked with education at the preschool level, and low Elementary, and it is really fun to plan activities and work with growth and learning at this level. I am passionate to see how fast they advance and how they enjoy learning Spanish (it is my native language and my favorite tutoring topic). I enjoy doing my classes including music as a learning tool, I believe in the phrase of Professor Emil Friedman ..."There is no culture, without musical culture"..., is part of intellectual development.
