I love getting to teach students of all ages the joy of reading and writing. I'm a college instructor who primarily teaches how to write an effective essay. But I also enjoy teaching students how to write books, poetry, and novels. I make reading and writing fun by relating it to a student's current passions and interests.
I have a Master's in English Literature and Creative Writing. I'm a freelance ghostwriter, as well as a published author.
Writing has such a powerful transformation element that once students realize their ability to write, they gain confidence to write well in all their classes. Though I hope that all my students will be inspired to approach a lifetime of learning by understanding their craftiness for writing, helping them to at least think outside the box while in class is one of main goals.
