I received my B.A. in Political Science and English from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. I intend to begin a M.Ed. program in secondary education at Bard College in June 2022.

After graduating from William and Mary in 2020, I began teaching fifth grade ELA at Success Academy Charter Schools in Brooklyn, NY.
This is my second year teaching middle school English with a focus on coaching middle-school aged students in critical reading and writing. I have additional experience in tutoring high-school aged students in English and History.

I love tutoring in English and History because it is so much fun to read and analyze a text and to learn about history and the way that it's impacted our lives today! I have found working with students to improve their writing to be intensely rewarding and have seen great improvements in the writing of my students.
