I am passionate about helping students learn and grow in their education journey. I began my teaching career as an English Language Arts teacher. I also taught AP Language and AP Literature which were amazing to teach! Journalism was another subject I taught but it was so much fun it wasn't like I was teaching at all. I know that all students can learn but at different stages and paces. I am also a school counselor and the more education I added to my licensure the more I learned. I love learning! The whole child is more than a test score.

When I have spare time I enjoy looking for junk in flea markets! I read a lot for my career but I do love a good murder mystery. I've recently fell in love with crime podcasts! I enjoy traveling and trying new foods!
