I am a graduate of Troy University. I received my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Since graduation, I have taught students in grades K, 2, and 3 in public schools. I teach full immersion English classes to English second language learners online and I tutor K-3 students locally in math and reading. I am a certified teacher with a TESOL certification. I am most passionate about teaching students to read and teaching English to ESL students. I am a firm believer in keeping learning fun. I want students begin to enjoy learning and become lifelong learners because it is necessary for broadening their opportunities in life.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing video games, spending time with my family and dogs. Living a more relaxed life, traveling, and experiencing new things are important to me. My hope is through remote teaching and tutoring jobs I can travel the US in an RV with my husband and dogs.
