Hello! My name is Jessie and I have worked in the Information Technology field for the past 7 years. I have held a wide variety of positions including network administrator, Linux system administrator, technical writer, and Python programmer, but my favorite was being a peer tutor for my fellow students in college. I tutored a wide variety of students ranging from ages 18 to 55 and loved every second of it! My goal is to eventually teach as a professor. I love spreading knowledge and teaching others new things! I am also a strong advocate for girls and women in the Information Technology field and have spent time giving talks and presentations at conferences to spread awareness and inspire women to join the field.
