Certified Tutor

I am a graduate student at the University of Maryland pursuing a degree in Cell Biology and Molecular Genetics. Before that I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Molecular and Cell Biology. As a graduate student, I have gotten the opportunity to teach students, and seeing the growth and learning of my students is one of the most rewarding experiences. I have strong experience teaching Biology topics, particularly Microbiology and Genetics; I have taught both at the collegiate level. I have also had a passion for History throughout my life. Teaching is a passion of mine, and learning is something we must all strive to do throughout our lives. But, when not teaching, I enjoy hiking new trails or cooking a new recipe.
