I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and then went on to teach preschool-aged through elementary-aged students for the next 10 years. Some of my favorite subject to teach are reading, math, and getting messy with Science. I grew my pedagogy over in England for a summer teaching in a second grade class. I also was awarded teacher of the year in 2016. I love working with struggling readers and students trying to understand new concepts.
