Certified Tutor

I studied at Brown University where I double-majored in Education and Community Health. I have primarily worked in the camp counselor and coaching fields of working with youth. Through the second half of college, I coached high school students in policy debate as part of the Rhode Island Urban Debate League, in which they went to Nationals both years. I have formal experience tutoring for Lindamood Bell Learning Processes in 2016, with a focus on reading and comprehension skills although I have always loved math and numbers. I left my job at Lindamood Bell to get my MBA in Entrepreneurship and Women's Sports from the University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business. While I'm not tutoring these days, I am the Head Coach for the George Washington Women's Ultimate team, and work towards a future where female (and nonbinary and gender-nonconforming) athletes are respected and paid as much as male athletes. I love tutoring high school math and would be happy to answer any questions about business and life goal planning!
