I went to Virginia Tech for my undergraduate degree and I loved it so much, I decided to stay for my Master's in Elementary Education. I am passionate about learning and making learning fun. I love everything about elementary education. Reading, writing, math, science, and social studies are all passions of mine and I love working with students in all of these areas. In my free time, I love to read, so reading with students is one of my favorite things.

In my spare time, I like to read, watch movies, jog, and walk my dog. I also enjoy a nice hike or other outdoor activities with my husband and our friends. I love music and I have played the french horn for over ten years! I also occasionally like to play trumpet.
