I am currently a senior at North Carolina State University studying Plant Biology with a focus in plant pathology. I have considerable experience in life sciences courses such as biology, environmental science, physical science, and genetics. I have not tutored professionally but have years of experience in coaching kids from ages 4-18 in swimming technique, sportsmanship, and competition and loved every moment of it. I find education to be an incredibly important part of life and love seeing students progress and improve their knowledge. I look forward to the day where I begin explaining something and the student tells me that I am telling them yesterday's news. In my free time, I enjoy reading, running, swimming, taking care of my plants, and spending time outdoors.
