My name is Dave Rooney and I am the 6th grade teacher at our school in Saint Paul, Minnesota. I can't tell you enough about my love to learn new things everyday in 6th grade. Although I've never been the best student in the world, I've cherished my role as a teacher. Through a lot of hard work and joy of interacting with kids in elementary/middle school, I made it! I graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and have a masters in elementary education. I also would like to add that I'm truly am a big kid at heart, so that's probably why I am very active with our students and get out in our twin cities community to help each other in real-world situations.
