Certified Tutor

I am a rising sophomore at the University of Texas at Austin pursuing a B.S. in Public Health, a certificate in Computer Science, and on the pre-medical track. Before university, I attended Michael E DeBakey High School for Health Professions, ranked as one of the top high schools in the state as well as in the nation, graduating at the top 15% of only 180 graduates. I am extremely passionate about explaining concepts to other students and my peers and have excelled in both high school and college subjects, as well as standardized tests such as the SAT, scoring consistently in the 99th percentile. I love making academic and knowledgeable connections with students and am accepting a paid position as part of the teaching staff at my university next semester. While I tutor a wide range of subjects, my favorite subjects to tutor are for the standardized SAT exam, allowing my students to excel in their performance and achieve success, allowing them to open up prestigious doors in their future for further education. I also love to work with a wide range of ages, including middle school students, high school students, and college students. Another one of my passions is to edit essays, whether for college applications or general academic assignments. I am a firm proponent of a consistent educational experience, deeming it instrumental in a healthy quality of life and I try to pass on this appreciation to all my students. In my spare time, I pursue other hobbies in arts and music, such as my participating in an a cappella team at UT Austin.
