I have a BA in English from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles; MA in Behavioral Science from Cal State Dominguez Hills; and an MA in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University. I am a SHRM certified professional and an active member of SHRM. I have many years of experience in staffing and recruiting in a variety of industries but am most passionate about HR Management, its many facets, and its ability to evolve, either out of social necessity or to remain relevant. I also love that HR is the backbone of every organization and if properly appreciated can be instrumental in helping the organization reach its goals through staff and goal alignment; employee career development; retention and award programs; and succession planning.
