I have a BS in Food and Nutrition and a MBA in HealthCare Management. I also am a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator and Certified Health Coach.
As a Health Coach I use motivational interviewing to help clients feel empowered to make decisions without being judged or feeling inferior.
