By way of background, I am a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Accounting. I spent the first 20 years of my career in public accounting with PwC (PriceWaterhouseCoopersLLP), including 7+ years as a a partner.
For the past 20+ years I have been a CFO and COO for both publicly held and private equity sponsored companies in a broad range of industries.
