Hello! My name is Mahum Haque and I am currently in college pursuing a degree in finance on the pre-pharmacy track. Although both finance and pharmacy are very different, I have a passion and interest for them both and am extremely excited to diversify my knowledge in two different fields.

I am a tutor for the ACT reading and English section. As someone who has taken the ACT several times and has studied for over 100 hours for this exam, I am well versed in how the test is written and some tricks that will make these sections a little easier. I believe revision is key to success, so I plan to go through each question thoroughly with my students to make sure they understand why a question is right rather than simply memorizing. I firmly believe that standardized tests like these do not measure a person's intelligence; rather, these tests measure a person's test taking skills. I am confident that with my tricks for the exam and lots of practice, you will be able to perform better on the exam!
