I am a recent graduate from Whitworth University in Spokane, WA, where I received my Bachelor's of Science in Biology. I grew up in Wenatchee, WA and attended Wenatchee High School. I am pre-med and hope to attend medical school in the near future. I currently work as a medical scribe and a dance teacher, and am studying for my MCAT to take in January! While in undergrad, I taught biology as a teacher's assistant in the classroom and in the lab. I was also a Supplemental Instruction leader for biology and helped students with content outside of the classroom. I also taught dance to ages 6-18 with a company in Wenatchee called StageKids Washington. In my spare time, I love to dance, play piano, do theater, hike, ski, and read. I love teaching and believe education is important to help open our minds and prepare our hearts for this crazy world. I hope to pass this belief onto the students I work with by providing them with the support, persistence, and courage they need to pursue their education and go on to change the world.
