I recently received a B.A. in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College, where I took an extensive number of courses in the subject. Although I did not pursue a degree in English, I did take multiple literature courses during my time at Wheaton and am very passionate about both writing and literature. In high school, I was in a selective four-year Humanities Program, which incorporated English, history, music, and visual arts, placing a heavy emphasis on writing and critical thinking.

I am currently taking online graduate courses and plan on transferring the credits in a year to a school with a physical campus. My eventual hope is to acquire an M.S. in Clinical Psychology.

Although I find the flat and barren landscape of Illinois to be slightly depressing, I do enjoy bouldering and climbing when I get the opportunity to do so. I love distance running as well, but, since I am currently recovering from shin splints, I am now focusing on cooking and baking as my primary hobby!
