I have worked for thirty years as a technical editor with a focus on business documentation. This has built my fluency in the vocabulary used in business writing, presentations, meetings, and conversations. I've developed expertise in adapting English speaking and writing skills for audiences that differ by industry and size (e.g., a large corporation versus a small business or startup).

For the last year, I have done personal coaching online and am comfortable using platforms like Zoom and Skype.
