Bonjour! I'm Julia, and I am passionate about teaching French in ways that are accessible and relevant to you.

I have 4.5 years of experience as a graduate instructor at the University of Virginia, and I am currently finishing my Ph.D. in French from that institution.

In addition to my professional qualifications, I also have French family and speak some French at home it's truly my way of life! I am happy to share more of these cultural details as we work together.

I am also not afraid to get to get comique and have some fun with my students. Having a great time is the best way to learn a language scientifically and in my own experience!
