I graduated from Texas A&M University Galveston with a degree in Marine Biology. I have tutored for many years and have assisted with just about every subject. The subjects I tutor most often include math and science. I have also taught biology, chemistry, physical science, general science, and geometry. Through Varsity Tutors I tutor the following subjects: zoology, elementary and middle school science, elementary and middle school math, marine biology, geometry, algebra, and biology. When I tutor, I find it is very important to show that learning can be fun. I also hope to guide the student so that they can have a good handle on the subject and develop lasting study habits. Outside of tutoring and teaching, I have many interests and hobbies. I love learning more about ecosystems, animals, and of course marine life. I also enjoy reading, scuba diving, traveling, and going on adventures.
