I started tutoring mathematics in 2012 and fell in love right away. Nothing compares to the joy I find in sharing knowledge through tutoring, especially tutoring a subject that I am so passionate about. My passion began in high school with Algebra 2 and a great teacher. Little did I know that I was going to like math enough to one day set the course of my life in its direction.

Now, I have over 2000 hours of experience tutoring and teaching a variety of math topics in group and individual settings. I have a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics degree from the University of North Florida. I spent 5 years working for the St. Johns County School District in St. Augustine Florida as an AVID tutor and teacher. I hope to continue teaching and tutoring high school math as I work toward graduate school and beyond.

Besides math, I love to spend my summers hiking and backpacking. This past summer I hiked from Mexico to Canada on the Pacific Crest Trail.
