I have 20 years' experience in teaching, tutoring, and running a department, as well as being the Literacy Leader across several schools. My duties included: implementing assessment analysis, devising study programmes, carrying out student assessments, and providing individualised student support through either 1:1 or small group tuition. I also have experience with students for whom English is a second language. I help these students master their studies and exams and move their lives into positive opportunities and productive futures. I view myself as a facilitator and lynch pin for others to take their lives forward with confidence. Specifically, I have been an assessor, screening students and devising study programmes, managing writing, spelling, and comprehension. These skills are a challenge to many, and I see myself as creating bridges for those who need English proficiency. Above all, I am an expert in exams and can be the essential element that gives structure and confidence to students when they most need it.
